As Staple points out, the mornings are getting cooler, the nights are getting shorter, and college football is just around the corner–all signs that fall is quickly approaching. Thus, the New York-based label presents its Fall 2014 lookbook. Entitled “Flight Theory,” the new collection features nearly 100 new pieces and includes everything from tees, button-downs, denim and sweaters to sweats, jackets, joggers and jerseys. This season, athletics and the outdoors figure prominently, inspiring the use of intricate geometric patterns throughout the collection. Signature silhouettes like the Makai Woven, Challenge Tech Jacket, and Lava Pigeon Crew all add bold contrast to the predominately neutral tones that mark the rest of the collection while the likes of the Tartan Pigeon Crew and Pulaski Woven pay homage to the heritage of NYC.
The first delivery of Staple’s Fall 2014 collection will soon be available at stockists across the globe while the label’s second seasonal drop will make its way to retail this September.
New York City’s unyforme sets the scene for its Fall 2014 collection through the following lookbook. The first drop of the new season entails selections from its previous Jones Collection with a new burst of colors and fabrications. The street-ready aesthetic is evident across the various pieces ranging from sweatshirts and pants such as design team-favorite Tyson combo — inclusive of a hoodie and sweatpant.
